These Terms of Use govern the access and stay at SeniorTopWell wellness resort for retirees. By using our services, the guest confirms acceptance of these terms. The resort reserves the right to adjust or update the content of this document without prior notice.
SeniorTopWell provides wellness, relaxation, and health-oriented programs for retirees. All services are described according to their current features. Availability may vary based on season or demand.
A reservation is considered valid once confirmed by the resort. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The guest must provide accurate personal data when booking.
The resort may request a prepayment to secure the booking. If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation may be cancelled.
Guests may cancel reservations in writing by email.
Full refund: For cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival.
Partial refund: For cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before arrival (50% of paid amount).
No refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
Refunds are processed through the same method used for payment, within a reasonable time frame after approval.
Guests are expected to act respectfully toward other guests, staff, and property. Any damage caused through misuse or negligence may result in additional charges.
The resort is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended. Guests are encouraged to use safekeeping options provided at the reception.
Guests must inform staff of any relevant health conditions before participating in wellness activities. The resort reserves the right to decline participation in programs that may pose health risks.
SeniorTopWell provides its services with care and professionalism but does not accept responsibility for events beyond its control, including natural events, technical failures, or third-party interruptions.
Guest data is handled according to Swiss privacy standards. Information is used solely for booking management and guest communication.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts located in Bern, Switzerland.
